Juuda ja Taamar

1. Siihen aikaan Juuda lähti pois veljiensä luota ja asettui erään Adullamissa asuvan miehen luo, jonka nimi oli Hiira.

1. Es begab sich um dieselbe Zeit, daß Juda hinabzog von seinen Brüdern und tat sich zu einem Mann von Adullam, der hieß Hira.

1. Y ACONTECIÓ en aquel tiempo, que Judá descendió de con sus hermanos, y fuése a un varón Odollamita, que se llamaba Hira.

1 В то время Иуда отошел от братьев своих и поселился близ одногоОдолламитянина, которому имя: Хира.

2. Siellä Juuda näki Suua nimisen kanaanilaisen miehen tyttären, ja hän otti tämän luokseen ja yhtyi häneen.

2. Ja Juuda näki siellä Kanaanin miehen tyttären, hänen nimensä oli Sua: ja otti hänen, ja meni hänen tykönsä.

2 And Judah saw a daughter of a certain Canaanite there whose name was Shua. And he took her and went in to her.

2. And Judah saw there a daughter of a certain Canaanite, whose name was Shuah; and he took her, and went in unto her.

2. Und Juda sah daselbst eines Kanaaniter-Mannes Tochter, der hieß Sua, und nahm sie. Und da er zu ihr einging,

2 И увидел там Иуда дочь одного Хананеянина, которому имя: Шуа; ивзял ее и вошел к ней.

3. Ja hän tuli raskaaksi ja synnytti pojan; ja hän antoi hänelle nimen Eer.

4 And she conceived again and bore a son and she called his name Onan.

4. Y concibió otra vez, y parió un hijo, y llamó su nombre Onán.

4 И зачала опять, и родила сына, и нарекла ему имя: Онан.

5. Ja hän synnytti vieläkin pojan ja antoi hänelle nimen Seela; ja synnyttäessään hänet hän oli Kesibissä.

5. Ja hän synnytti vielä pojan, ja kutsui hänen nimensä Sela. Ja Juuda oli Kesibissä, koska hän sen synnytti.

5 And she yet again bore a son and called his name Shelah. And he was at Chezib, when she bore him.

5. And she yet again conceived, and bare a son; and called his name Shelah: and he was at Chezib, when she bare him.

5. Sie gebar abermals einen Sohn, den hieß sie Sela; und er war zu Chesib, da sie ihn gebar.

5. Y tornó otra vez a concebir, y parió un hijo, y llamó su nombre Sela. Y estaba en Chezib cuando le parió.

5 И еще родила сына и нарекла ему имя: Шела. Иуда был в Хезиве, когдаона родила его.

6. Ja Juuda otti Eerille, esikoisellensa, vaimon, jonka nimi oli Taamar.

6. Ja Juuda otti esikoisellensa Gerille emännän, jonka nimi oli Tamar.

6 And Judah took a wife for Er his firstborn and her name was Tamar.

6. And Judah took a wife for Er his firstborn, whose name was Tamar.

6. Und Juda gab seinem ersten Sohn, Ger, ein Weib, die hieß Thamar.

6. Y Judá tomó mujer a su primogénito Her, la cual se llamaba Tamar.

7. Mutta Eer, Juudan esikoinen, ei ollut Herralle otollinen; sentähden Herra antoi hänen kuolla.

7 And Er, Judah's firstborn, was wicked in the sight of Jehovah and Jehovah killed him.

7. Y Her, el primogénito de Judá, fué malo en los ojos de Jehová; y matóle Jehová.

7 Ир, первенец Иудин, был неугоден пред очами Господа, и умертвилего Господь.

8. Niin Juuda sanoi Oonanille: Yhdy veljesi leskeen ja ota hänet avioksesi ja herätä siemen veljellesi.

8. Niin sanoi Juuda (pojallensa) Onanille: mene veljes emännän tykö, ja ota häntä aviokses, herättääkses veljelles siementä.

8. Nijn sanoi Juda pojallens Onanille: maca weljes emännän cansa ja ota händä awioxes herättäxes weljelles siemendä.

8 And Judah said to Onan, Go in to your brother's wife and perform the duty of a husband's brother to her and raise up seed to your brother.

8. And Judah said unto Onan, Go in unto thy brother's wife, and marry her, and raise up seed to thy brother.

8. Da sprach Juda zu Onan: Gehe zu deines Bruders Weib und nimm sie zur Ehe, daß du deinem Bruder Samen erweckest.

8. Entónces Judá dijo a Onán: Entra a la mujer de tu hermano, y haz parentesco con ella, y levanta simiente a tu hermano.

8 И сказал Иуда Онану: войди к жене брата твоего, женись на ней, как деверь, и восстанови семя брату твоему.

9. Mutta kun Oonan tiesi, ettei jälkeläinen olisi oleva hänen, niin hän antoi, aina kun yhtyi veljensä vaimoon, siemenensä mennä maahan, ettei hankkisi jälkeläistä veljelleen.

9 And Onan knew that the seed would not be his. And it happened, when he went in to his brother's wife, that he spilled it on the ground, lest he should give seed to his brother.

9. Aber da Onan wußte, daß der Same nicht sein eigen sein sollte, wenn er einging zu seines Bruders Weib, ließ er's auf die Erde fallen und verderbte es, auf daß er seinem Bruder nicht Samen gäbe.

9. Y sabiendo Onán que la simiente no había de ser suya, era que cuando entraba a la mujer de su hermano corrompía en tierra, por no dar simiente a su hermano.

9 Онан знал, что семя будет не ему, и потому, когда входил к жене брата своего, изливал на землю, чтобы не дать семени брату своему.

10. Mutta se, minkä hän teki, oli paha Herran silmissä; sentähden hän antoi hänenkin kuolla.

10. Ja se paha, kuin hän teki, ei kelvannut Herralle, joka kuoletti myös hänen.

10. Ja se paha cuin hän teki ei kelwannut HERralle joca cuoletti myös hänen.

10 And the thing which he did was evil in the sight of Jehovah and he also killed him.

10. And the thing which he did displeased the LORD: wherefore he slew him also.

10. Da gefiel dem HERRN übel, was er tat, und er tötete ihn auch.

10. Y desagradó en ojos de Jehová lo que hacía, y matóle también a él.

10 Зло было пред очами Господа то, что он делал; и Он умертвил и его.

11. Silloin Juuda sanoi miniällensä Taamarille: Asu leskenä isäsi talossa, kunnes poikani Seela joutuu täysikasvuiseksi. Hän näet ajatteli: Kun ei vain tämäkin kuolisi niinkuin hänen veljensä. Niin Taamar meni pois ja jäi asumaan isänsä kotiin.

11. Niin sanoi Juuda miniällensä Tamarille: ole leskenä isäs huoneessa siihenasti kuin minun poikani Sela kasvaa. Sillä hän ajatteli: tohtii tapahtua, että hän myös kuolee, niinkuin hänen veljensäkin. Niin Tamar meni pois, ja oli isänsä huoneessa.

11. Nijn sanoi Juda Thamarille hänen miniällens: ole leskenä sinun Isäs huones sijhenasti cuin minun poican Sela caswa: Sillä hän ajatteli: tohti tapahtua että hän myös cuole nijncuin hänen weljensäckin. Nijn Thamar meni pois ja oli Isäns huones.

11 Then Judah said to Tamar his daughter-in law, Remain a widow in your father's house, till Shelah my son be grown up, because he said, Lest he also die, like his brothers. And Tamar went and dwelt in her father's house.

11. Then said Judah to Tamar his daughter in law, Remain a widow at thy father's house, till Shelah my son be grown: for he said, Lest peradventure he die also, as his brethren did. And Tamar went and dwelt in her father's house.

11. Da sprach Juda zu seiner Schwiegertochter Thamar: Bleibe eine Witwe in deines Vaters Hause, bis mein Sohn Sela groß wird. Denn er gedachte, vielleicht möchte er auch sterben wie seine Brüder. Also ging Thamar hin und blieb in ihres Vaters Hause.

11. Y Judá dijo a Tamar su nuera: Estáte viuda en casa de tu padre, hasta que crezca Sela mi hijo; porque dijo: Que quizá no muera él también como sus hermanos. Y fuése Tamar, y estúvose en casa de su padre.

11 И сказал Иуда Фамари, невестке своей: живи вдовою в доме отца твоего, пока подрастет Шела, сын мой. Ибо он сказал: не умер бы и он подобно братьям его. Фамарь пошла и стала житьв доме отца своего.

12. Pitkän aikaa sen jälkeen Suuan tytär, Juudan vaimo, kuoli. Suruajan mentyä Juuda lähti ystävänsä adullamilaisen Hiiran kanssa Timnaan lammastensa keritsiäisiin.

12. Koska monta päivää oli kulunut, kuoli Suan tytär, Juudan emäntä. Ja kuin Juuda oli itsensä lohduttanut, meni hän Timnatiin, lammastensa keritsiäin tykö ystävänsä Hiran kanssa Odollamista.

12 And Shua's daughter, the wife of Judah, died in process of time. And Judah was comforted and went up to his sheep shearers to Timnah, he and his friend Hirah the Adullamite.

12. And in process of time the daughter of Shuah Judah's wife died; and Judah was comforted, and went up unto his sheepshearers to Timnath, he and his friend Hirah the Adullamite.

12. Da nun viele Tage verlaufen waren, starb des Sua Tochter, Juda's Weib. Und nachdem Juda ausgetrauert hatte, ging er hinauf seine Schafe zu scheren, gen Thimnath mit seinem Freunde Hira von Adullam.

12. Y pasaron muchos dias, y murió la hija de Sua, mujer de Judá: y Judá se consoló: y subió a los trasquiladores de sus ovejas él e Hira, su amigo Odollamita, a Tamnas.

12 Прошло много времени, и умерла дочь Шуи, жена Иудина. Иуда, утешившись, пошел в Фамну к стригущим скот его,сам и Хира, друг его, Одолламитянин.

13. Niin tuotiin Taamarille tämä sanoma: Katso, appesi menee Timnaan keritsemään lampaitaan.

13. Niin ilmoitettiin Tamarille, sanoen: katso, appes menee ylös Timnatiin keritsemään lampaitansa.

13. Nijn ilmoitettin Thamarille: cadzo Appes mene Timnathijn keridzemän lambaitans.

13 And it was told Tamar, saying, Behold, your father-in-law goes up to Timnah to shear his sheep.

13. And it was told Tamar, saying, Behold thy father in law goeth up to Timnath to shear his sheep.

13. Da ward der Thamar angesagt: Siehe, dein Schwiegervater geht hinauf gen Thimnath, seine Schafe zu scheren.

13. Y fué dado aviso a Tamar, diciendo: He aquí tu suegro sube a Tamnas a trasquilar sus ovejas.

13 И уведомили Фамарь, говоря: вот, свекор твой идет в Фамну стричь скот свой.

14. Silloin hän riisui pois leskenvaatteensa ja verhoutui huntuun peittäytyen siihen ja istui Eenaimin portille, Timnaan vievän tien varteen. Sillä hän oli nähnyt, että vaikka Seela oli täysikasvuinen, ei häntä annettu hänelle vaimoksi.

14. And she put her widow's garments off from her, and covered her with a vail, and wrapped herself, and sat in an open place, which is by the way to Timnath; for she saw that Shelah was grown, and she was not given unto him to wife.

14. Da legte sie die Witwenkleider von sich, die sie trug, deckte sich mit einem Mantel und verhüllte sich und setzte sich vor das Tor von Enaim an dem Wege gen Thimnath; denn sie sah, daß Sela war groß geworden, und sie ward ihm nicht zum Weibe gegeben.

14. Entónces ella quitó de sobre sí los vestidos de su viudez, y cubrióse con un velo; y arrebozóse, y púsose a la puerta de las aguas que están junto al camino de Tamnas; porque veía que había crecido Sela, y ella no era dada a él por mujer.

14 И сняла она с себя одежду вдовства своего, покрыла себя покрывалом и, закрывшись, села у ворот Енаима, что на дороге в Фамну. Ибо видела, что Шела вырос, и она не дана ему в жену.

15. Kun nyt Juuda näki hänet, luuli hän häntä portoksi; sillä hän oli peittänyt kasvonsa.

15 When Judah saw her, he thought her to be a prostitute, because she had covered her face.

15. Y vióla Judá, y túvola por ramera; porque ella había cubierto su rostro.

15 И увидел ее Иуда и почел ее за блудницу, потому что она закрыла лице свое.

16. Ja hän poikkesi hänen luokseen tiepuoleen ja sanoi: Anna minun yhtyä sinuun. Hän näet ei tiennyt, että nainen oli hänen miniänsä. Tämä vastasi: Mitä annat minulle saadaksesi yhtyä minuun?

16. Ja hän poikkesi tien oheen hänen tykönsä, ja sanoi: annas minun maata kanssas; sillä ei hän tietänyt sitä miniäksensä. Hän vastasi: mitäs minun annat, jos sinä makaisit minun kanssani?

16 And he turned to her by the way and said, I beseech you, come let me come in to you, because he did not know that she was his daughter-in-law. And she said, What will you give me, that you may come in to me?

16. And he turned unto her by the way, and said, Go to, I pray thee, let me come in unto thee; (for he knew not that she was his daughter in law.) And she said, What wilt thou give me, that thou mayest come in unto me?

16. Und er machte sich zu ihr am Wege und sprach: Laß mich doch zu dir kommen; denn er wußte nicht, daß es seine Schwiegertochter wäre. Sie antwortete: Was willst du mir geben, daß du zu mir kommst?

16. Y apartóse del camino hacia ella, y díjola: Ea pues, ahora yo entraré a tí: Porque no sabía que era su nuera. Y ella dijo: ¿Qué me has de dar, si entrares a mí?

16 Он поворотил к ней и сказал: войду я к тебе. Ибоне знал, что это невестка его. Она сказала: что ты дашь мне, если войдешь ко мне?

17. Hän sanoi: Lähetän sinulle vohlan laumastani. Nainen vastasi: Annatko minulle pantin, kunnes sen lähetät?

17 And he said, I will send you a kid of the goats from the flock. And she said, Will you give me a pledge, till you send it?

17. And he said, I will send thee a kid from the flock. And she said, Wilt thou give me a pledge, till thou send it?

17. Er sprach: Ich will dir einen Ziegenbock von der Herde senden. Sie antwortete: So gib mir ein Pfand, bis daß du mir's sendest.

17. El respondió: Yo te enviaré de las ovejas un cabrito de las cabras. Y ella dijo: Hásme de dar prenda hasta que lo envies.

17 Он сказал: я пришлю тебе козленка из стада. Она сказала: дашь ли ты мне залог, пока пришлешь?

18. Hän sanoi: Mitä on minun annettava sinulle pantiksi? Hän vastasi: Sinettisi, nauhasi ja sauvasi, joka on kädessäsi. Niin hän antoi ne hänelle ja yhtyi häneen, ja hän tuli hänestä raskaaksi.

18 And he said, What pledge shall I give you? And she said, Your signet and your cord and your staff that is in your hand. And he gave them to her and came in to her and she conceived by him.

18. And he said, What pledge shall I give thee? And she said, Thy signet, and thy bracelets, and thy staff that is in thine hand. And he gave it her, and came in unto her, and she conceived by him.

18. Er sprach: Was willst du für ein Pfand, das ich dir gebe? Sie antwortete: Deinen Ring und deine Schnur und deinen Stab, den du in den Händen hast. Da gab er's ihr und kam zu ihr; und sie ward von ihm schwanger.

18. Entónces él dijo: ¿Qué prenda te daré? Ella respondió: Tu anillo, y tu manto, y tu bordón que tienes en tu mano. Y él se lo dió; y entró a ella, la cual concibió de él.

18 Он сказал: какой дать тебе залог? Она сказала: печать твою, и перевязь твою, и трость твою, которая в руке твоей. И дал он ей и вошел к ней; и она зачала от него.

19. Ja hän nousi ja meni sieltä ja pani pois huntunsa ja pukeutui leskenvaatteisiinsa.

19. Ja hän nousi ja meni, ja pani pois peitteen, ja puki jälleen leskivaatteet yllensä.

19. Ja hän nousi ja meni ja otti werhan pääldäns ja puki jällens leskiwaattet päällens.

19 And she arose and went away and put off her veil from her and put on the garments of her widowhood.

19. And she arose, and went away, and laid by her vail from her, and put on the garments of her widowhood.

19. Und sie machte sich auf und ging hin und zog ihre Witwenkleider wieder an.

19. Y levantóse y fuése: y quitóse el velo de sobre sí, y vistióse las ropas de su viudez.

19 И, встав, пошла, сняла с себя покрывало свое и оделась в одежду вдовства своего.

20. Mutta Juuda lähetti adullamilaisen ystävänsä viemään vohlaa, saadaksensa takaisin pantin naiselta; mutta hän ei löytänyt häntä.

20. Mutta Juuda lähetti kauriin ystävänsä kanssa Odollamista, että hän vaimolta ottais pantin jälleen: ja ei hän löytänyt häntä.

20. Mutta Juda lähetti caurin ystäwäns cansa Odollamist että hän waimolda ottais pandin jällens ja ei hän löynnyt händä.

20 And Judah sent the kid of the goats by the hand of his friend the Adullamite, to receive the pledge from the woman's hand, but he did not find her.

20. And Judah sent the kid by the hand of his friend the Adullamite, to receive his pledge from the woman's hand: but he found her not.

20. Juda aber sandte den Ziegenbock durch seinen Freund Adullam, daß er das Pfand wieder holte von dem Weibe; und er fand sie nicht.

20. Y Judá envió el cabrito de las cabras por mano de su amigo el Odollamita, para que tomase la prenda de mano de la mujer: y no la halló.

20 Иуда же послал козленка чрез друга своего Одолламитянина, чтобывзять залог из руки женщины, но он не нашел ее.

21. Ja hän kyseli sen paikkakunnan miehiltä ja sanoi: Missä on se pyhäkköportto, joka istui Enaimissa tien varressa? He vastasivat: Ei täällä ole ollut mitään pyhäkköporttoa.

21. Niin hän kyseli sen paikan miehiltä, sanoen: kussa on se portto, kuin istui näillä kahdella lähteellä tien ohessa? He vastasivat: ei yksikään portto ole tässä ollut.

21. Nijn hän kyseli sen paican miehille sanoden: cusa on se porto cuin istui tiellä? he wastaisit: ei yxikän porto ole täsä ollut.

21 Then he asked the men of her place, saying, Where is the prostitute, who was at two-springs (Enaim) by the wayside? And they said, There has been no prostitute here.

21. Then he asked the men of that place, saying, Where is the harlot, that was openly by the way side? And they said, There was no harlot in this place.

21. Da fragte er die Leute: Wo ist die Hure, die zu Enaim am Wege saß? Sie antworteten: Es ist keine Hure da gewesen.

21. Y preguntó a los hombres de aquel lugar, diciendo: ¿Dónde está la ramera de las aguas junto al camino? Y ellos le dijeron: No ha estado aquí ramera.

21 И спросил жителей того места, говоря: где блудница, которая была в Енаиме при дороге? Но они сказали: здесь не было блудницы.
